 "Happiness cannot be pursued; it must ensue." So many of us who spend our lives searching for happiness never find it, while those who establish a pattern of (1)meaning, (2)purpose, and (3)strong personal relationships find that it usually comes to them as a by-product of these three things. 

Ask yourself this question: "If I were to die tomorrow, what would I most regret not having done?"
